This site (Project Exam Prep) and each course on it are owned and operated by DataPig LLC. By accessing or using them, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Study aid only. Every course here is an independent exam-preparation tool, provided for educational purposes only. It is not professional advice, and using it does not guarantee any examination result or outcome.
No affiliation. DataPig LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI). PMP, CAPM, PMI, and PMBOK are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. Per-course disclosures:

Intellectual property. The site, its design, original content, audio, and software are © 2026 DataPig LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All practice items are original study material; no proctored exam content is reproduced. You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation only.
Payments & refunds. Each course is a separate one-time purchase, not a subscription — you are billed once per course and never auto-renewed. Purchasing one course grants access to that course only. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Use Help → Request a refund or email support@projectexamprep.com. Support processes the request; submitting it does not immediately reverse the payment. When a refund is issued, paid access to that course ends. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Provided “as is.” The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataPig LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes. DataPig LLC may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
